From a young age, I was immersed in my grandmother’s teachings about Atlantis, herbal wisdom, and the life and message of Jesus, all while honing my extrasensory abilities. As I navigated a traditional career, including four college degrees and leadership roles in both the private and public sectors, I also explored energy healing modalities like Reiki, EFT, Shamanic practices, and mantra chanting.
Then, when COVID hit, I realized the “normal” life I was living wasn’t authentic. A profound Dark Night of the Soul led me to walk away from my career and embrace a life of deep healing and spiritual growth. Through this process, I healed myself using techniques like quantum healing, Body Code, and Lightfield therapy, while also gridworking to heal the Earth.
In October 2022, I was activated as the Guardian of the Blue Flame and have since used this powerful energy to transform the densest energies and support collective healing, which has evolved into a unique and powerful energy healing technique that I call LHT – Limitless Holistic Transformation. I completed my Doctor of Divinity in 2023, wrote eleven books, and became a master hypnotist and QHHT Level 2 practitioner. Now, I’m here to share my wisdom and healing gifts, blending ancient spiritual knowledge with practical tools to help others on their path of self-discovery and transformation.
As a multidisciplinary energy healer, teacher and survivor of a profound brain injury in 2014, Dr. Kenzie Rhodes is dedicated to embodying mindfulness and guiding others toward lasting wellness of body, mind, and spirit. A Doctor of Divinity and author of eleven published books and practice journals, Dr. Kenz has achieved numerous certifications through years of intensive study in various specialties, including (but not limited to) Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotion Code, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), classical Reiki, Seal and Implant Removal, Sedona, and Bach Flower Essences. Depending on each individual client, any or all of these healing modalities may be incorporated into a session. Her personal technique, Limitless Holistic Transformation (LHT), is a client-centered and adaptive integration of intensive energy healing and mindfulness, aimed at holistic wellness. An LHT session is fluid, emergent, and comprehensive, providing each seeker with precisely what they need. Her clients have experienced relief from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), emotional blockages, depression, addictive behaviors, pain, and many other challenges.

Dr Kay received hypnosis training by world-renowned expert Paul McKenna, and QHHT training at Dolores Cannon's Academy; earning certification from both. She has studied and successfully practiced utilizing numerous different techniques from master practitioners including William Bengston, Richard Bandler, Chase Hughes, and Milton Erikson. She brings her hypnosis expertise into every session, which typically include many of her own unique techniques.

The Healing Amplifier is an intensive program that combines hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and various energy healing modalities into a comprehensive technique called Limitless Holistic Transformation (LHT). Developed by Dr. Kenz through her evolving practice and unique healing abilities, LHT is a specialized form of quantum energy healing that has helped many clients overcome physical and psychological challenges as a powerful stand-alone practice. If you are feeling frustrated and stagnant in your current treatment plan, the Amplifier Program is designed to amplify the results of whatever treatment protocols you are following . It also helps people turbo-charge their results in self improvement programs in order to create lasting, multidimensional change. The full program is ninety days, drilled down into three thirty day semesters. Each client will start off with a 45-minute discovery session (an initial session for new clients, then milestone sessions for each subsequent month), followed by three 45-minute healing sessions appx every ten days via phone or Zoom.
